Bowen is most commonly used for therapy on conditions relating to the musculoskeletal system.

Cranial Sacral Therapy is a manual therapy in which the practitioner uses very light touch to detect blockages in the flow of the cerebral spinal fluid running through the cranial sacral system. There should be a balanced flow of the cerebral spinal fluid that surrounds the brain and spinal cord. The practitioner is able to correct blockages or restrictions by assessing the rhythm of the CSF and then using very gentle movements to rebalance the flow of these fluids.
Cranial sacral Therapy is beneficial in the treatment of stress and anxiety, TMJ, chronic neck and shoulder pain, headaches and migraines, infant colic, central nervous system disorders, back pain, and infertility
